🚚 Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our automated processing and fulfillment system. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled after they have been submitted.

If you no longer want the item, you may request a return after the package is delivered, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. A refund will be issued once the return is approved.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged product: If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.

  • Return period: Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Unauthorized Modifications (Not Covered Under Warranty)

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by unauthorized product alterations

  • Improper storage, use, or third-party interference

  • Product contamination, tampering, or external damage post-delivery

  3. Send the item: Pack it securely in the original packaging.

  4. Inspection & processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll proceed with your refund.


💳 Refund & Return Outcome

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

  • Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.


🚫 Returns Will NOT Be Accepted For:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delivery issues due to recipient unavailability

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or neglect
